Are Gotham Goods’ products legal?
Our hemp products are considered legal to sell by the federal government. Observe local laws while consuming and keep original packaging for reference. Gotham Goods LLC is not responsible for anyone confiscating this product, arresting, or fining our customers because of an unfortunate misunderstanding. Please use your discretion and keep original packaging as added support that it is legal hemp.
How can I be sure that Gotham Goods’ products are compliant?
All hemp flower products have passed our state regulator's inspections and is 2018 Farm Bill compliant. Our hemp flower is also DEA compliant in that our post-harvest third party testing proves that our flower contains less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC.
Where can I find a Certificate of Analysis (COA) for your products?

Who grows the hemp that is used in your products?
We have wonderful farm partners in Estell Manor, NJ, who grow the hemp that is used in all our products. You can learn more about them here.
I am new to CBD - where should I start?
If you are new to CBD, we recommend starting low and slow. Start with just a little, see how it feels and increase or decrease from there. Most customers begin with the tinctures, as they are the easiest application for a gradual increase of serving strength. We recommend a starting point of 5-20mg.
Can I travel with CBD?
Products/medications that contain hemp-derived CBD or are approved by the FDA are legal as long as it is produced within the regulations defined by the law under the Agriculture Improvement Act 2018. All Gotham Goods products are hemp-derived, and there should be no issues with customers traveling domestically with our products.
