Shipping Policy

Our standard methods of shipping are UPS Ground & USPS Priority Mail. Standard shipping time can take up to 5-7 business days (probably sooner) once the order leaves the fine folks at our warehouse in lovely Allentown, PA.

We ship orders to the address provided by the customer. That said, please make sure that you’re using your correct shipping address. Address changes cannot be made after your order has been placed. Please double check that your “ship to” address is correct!

Once the package has been picked up from our warehouse by UPS or USPS, it is the responsibility of the courier to deliver the package. Loss, damage, or theft is out of our control and is the responsibility of the shipping company and/or recipient.

Please refer to the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation e-mail for details about your shipment and proof of delivery. If your package has been lost or stolen, you can file a claim with the carrier directly on their website.

By providing your e-mail address and/or cell phone number, you hereby authorize Gotham Goods to send shipping confirmation and updates and customer services inquiries about your order.

Please note: packages are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Gotham Goods does not ship products internationally. We apologize for this inconvenience.
